O’Syio I am not Cherokee, but it is the closest Nation to my home. Hoka Hey, I am not Sioux, but it is the closest to my heart out of the many nations. I am a Mestiza, a mixed blood, a mutt with Navajo heritage that I strongly desire to learn more of, Filipino that I know but should learn more of, Irish/Celtic that I have come to know in depth and a soul that yearns to simply be the best me that I can be, not just for my own self and balance, but for my child, my family, my friends and for Mother Earth, Sky Father and Creator, the Great Spirit.

I am a healer, not a shaman, but a natural healer. I am like the she wolf, a teacher, a fierce protector but a loving part of the pack.

I am a warrior, for I fight for the life of our Mother Earth. I will battle for a healthier life now, and for the future of my child.

I hope you will enjoy the pages that I add to this site in hopes of aiding myself and others on a spirit walk, a journey of the spirit.

You may call me She Who Seeks; this is not a name given to me by an Elder nor is it one I earned on a spirit quest, but it is the one that fits who I am at this point in my life until the time that I know more and more... I shall continue to seek out knowledge.

My friends call me Cathy and know me as a true friend in good times and the not so good I am steadfast.

NOTE: I have made the font size within the pages of this web site a bit lager for those that are visually impaired. I can see very well, and know that often many take for granted that they can also, I have kept in mind those that are not as fortunate.

Feel free to email me at She_who_Seeks@care2.com

I hope you will join me at the discussion group, Spirit Journey.
